Ooooh 1930's: Finger WaVeS.

I love the 1930's and 1940's hair styles. They are so pretty and fun, so I really wanted to find out how to do my own hair that way. It was hard to find the directions without having to pay money for the online book(come on.....) , but here they are:
*Step 1: Wet your hair and then pat dry, leaving it a bit damp. Add curling gel(preferably clear gel).
*Step 2: Comb your hair flat from wherever you part your hair. If you have long hair, try to comb your hair back.
*Step 3: Start at your part and use the comb to make a small bump in your hair. Pin the bump in place with a bobby pin. continue from the bobby pin making as many bumps as you want, and pin them.
*Step 4: Leave in the pins until your hair is completely dry. If you need extra help holding the curls in place, use hairspray.

North of Beautiful

I know it sounds weird, but i have always wanted to write a book just so i could pick out the cover. I mean, that is usually the first thing that makes you go " huh, well that book looks like a fun read" right? Well, as you may have guessed, I'm an art geek. I seem to look at pictures in a different way, wether they are pretty or not, i always find something pretty about them. So here are some pictures i found. What do you think?
